When can I expect to receive my Eye of Love package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We offer multiple shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 
 
United States:

Standard: 3–7 business days (rates appear at checkout screen)

Expedited: 2–3 business days (rates appear at checkout screen)

Rush: 1–2 business days (rates appear at checkout screen)

Canada:

Standard: 5-12 business days (rates appear at checkout screen)

    Expedited services available  (rates appear at checkout screen)

Worldwide:

Please note, we only offer Rush and Expedited shipping to the 48 contiguous US states, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote areas of Canada might take a bit longer—you can expect your package within about 11–15 business days.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Domestic:  You will only be charges sales tax in the state of California.

    International:  You will be charged by your local customs clearing agent according to your local fees.  Please check your local agency to see costs.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship to PO Boxes with Standard shipping only.

My tracking details aren't working, Can you help?

Of course!  Sometimes, the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us to info@eyeoflove.com We're always here to help!

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@eyeoflove.com.  Once the package is shipped, we cannot make any changes nor are we responsible for deliery and package retrieval.

What if the tracking says delivered and my package is not there?

Once the shipping company marks the package delivered, there is not much we can do from our end as the package could have been misplaced or stolen.  Please contact your local agency to see where they placed the package and verify the address.  You can also try to file a claim with them.
